研究目的：

探究术前贫血类型和围术期肾脏损伤的相关性，术前贫血程度、病因和围术期血红蛋白（Hb）变化的关系及围术期 Hb 变化和围术期相关肾损伤的相关性，提高围术期血液管理质量，减少相关临床用血，提高患者围术期安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the correlation between preoperative anemia types and perioperative kidney injury, the relationship between preoperative anemia severity, causes, and changes in hemoglobin (Hb) during the perioperative period, as well as the correlation between changes in Hb during the perioperative period and related kidney injury, in order to improve the quality of perioperative blood management, reduce related clinical blood usage, and enhance patient safety during the perioperative period.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠状态 2.长期生活在海拔>2500米以上地区，或近期居住在2500米以上地区超过3个月 3.患有除贫血外的血液系统疾病 4.存在可能干扰结局指标的严重合并症，如尿毒症、精神神经疾病5.不能合作或无法理解本研究的条件和目标、拒绝签署知情同意者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy status; 2.Long-term living at altitudes above 2500 meters, or recent residence in areas above 2500 meters for more than 3 months; 3. Suffering from blood system diseases other than anemia; 4.Presence of serious comorbidities that may interfere with outcome indicators, such as uremia or neurological disorders; 5.Unable to cooperate or unable to understand the conditions and objectives of this study, or refusing to sign informed consent.
