研究目的：

探讨早期的经颅磁刺激对脑卒中患者脊髓激活后抑制的调节能力、肌张力治疗效果及远期预后影响,并以电生理指标激活后抑制精确客观评价其治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of early transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) on the inhibition of spinal cord activation in stroke patients, the effect of muscle tension therapy and long-term prognosis, and to evaluate the therapeutic effect accurately and objectively by the inhibition after activation of electrophysiological indexes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）头颅内置有金属异物者，带有心脏起搏器者，有耳蜗植入者；（2）既往有癫痫史，有严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能衰竭者及有颅高压症状者；（3）严重认知、交流障碍、情绪障碍、烦躁等不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) metal foreign bodies in the skull, pacemakers with cardiac pacemakers, cochlear implants;
(2) patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure and symptoms of intracranial hypertension;
(3) severe cognitive and communication disorders, Emotional disorders, irritability, etc can not be matched.

符合条件受试者120人，随机分为4组，即健侧M1+Cz点rTMS刺激，患侧M1 +Cz点rTMS刺激组，健侧M1+患侧M1+Cz rTMS刺激组,空白对照组，分组人员非康复治疗师也非病人医生。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

120 subjects were randomly divided into 4 groups: Healthy side M1+Cz point rTMS stimulation, affected side M1+Cz point rTMS stimulation group, healthy side M1+Cz rTMS stimulation group, control group.The grouping people is not a rehabilitation therapist or a patient doctor.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用EXCEL表格建立数据库，将所有资料收集、审核、整理后输入计算机。数据采集工作由两人完成，其中1人录入数据，1人审核。
