研究目的：

观察羟考酮用于腹腔镜下胆囊切除术麻醉诱导时对患者胃肠功能恢复的影响，包括胃排空时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间等指标，以明确羟考酮在该手术中应用的安全性和有效性，为优化麻醉诱导方案及促进术后胃肠功能恢复提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the impact of oxycodone on the recovery of patients' gastrointestinal function during anesthesia induction for laparoscopic cholecystectomy, including indicators such as gastric emptying time, first flatus time, and first defecation time, so as to clarify the safety and effectiveness of oxycodone in this surgery. This study aims to provide a reference for optimizing anesthesia induction protocols and promoting postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前存在胃肠功能障碍病史，如肠梗阻、炎症性肠病等。
2.合并严重的心、肺、肝、肾功能障碍；
3.有阿片类药物过敏史或滥用史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of gastrointestinal dysfunction before surgery, such as intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease, etc. 2. Complicated with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. History of opioid allergy or abuse.
