1.基于“血管结构-脑区功能-认知表型”框架,构建多维度 ICAS 相关认知障碍层级递进式、数字化三级评估技术谱系; 2.基于队列的随访评估数据和诊断结果应用混合专家技术和搜索推理技术,构建 ICAS 相关认知障碍的深度推理大模型预测模块; 3.基于队列随访评估数据及深度推理大模型,应用蒙特卡洛搜索推理及多模态聚类算法技术,构建 ICAS 相关认知障碍的风险预测和临床分型体系。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1. Based on the "vascular structure-brain area function-cognitive phenotype" framework, construct a multi-dimensional ICAS-related cognitive impairment hierarchical progression, digital three-level assessment technical spectrum; 2. Use cohort follow-up assessment data and diagnostic results to apply mixed expert techniques and search reasoning techniques, building a deep reasoning large model prediction module for ICAS-related cognitive impairments; 3. Based on cohort follow-up assessment data and the deep reasoning large model, apply Monte Carlo search reasoning and multimodal clustering algorithm techniques to construct a risk prediction and clinical classification system for ICAS-related cognitive impairments. |
