研究目的：

1. 验证毫米波雷达在固定带疗效评估中的可行性与准确性； 2. 量化固定带压力对胸廓运动（静息/咳嗽时位移）的影响规律； 3. 明确固定带使用的临床价值及安全压力范围。

Objectives of Study：

1. Validate the feasibility and accuracy of millimeter wave radar in the assessment of the efficacy of fixed belts; 2. Quantify the impact of fixed belt pressure on chest wall movement (displacement at rest/coughing); 3. Clarify the clinical value of fixed belt use and the safe pressure range.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重胸部损伤（如开放性创伤、血气胸需紧急手术干预）或全身多器官功能衰竭； 2.合并意识障碍或精神疾病，无法配合呼吸运动监测； 3.对肋骨固定带材质（如弹性织物、透气网布）过敏，无法耐受固定带佩戴； 4.近3个月内参与其他临床试验且未完成洗脱期； 5.研究人员认为其他不适合参与的情况（如无法配合监测）。（满足任意一条即可排除）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe chest injuries (such as pneumothorax, lung contusion requiring surgical intervention) or systemic multi-organ dysfunction; 2. Combined neuromuscular diseases (such as myasthenia gravis) or mental disorders that prevent compliance with respiratory motion monitoring; 3. Allergy to the material of rib fixation devices (such as elastic fabric, breathable mesh) that makes wearing intolerable; 4. Participation in other clinical trials within the last 3 months and not completing the washout period; 5. Other situations deemed inappropriate for participation by the researchers (such as inability to comply with follow-up). (Any one of these is sufficient for exclusion)

本研究的随机设计方法为基于 Excel 生成随机序列的简单随机化方法，达到随机的具体方式是：利用 Excel 2021 软件的随机数生成功能（如通过RAND函数等生成随机序列），对符合入组标准的受试者，按照生成的随机序列将其分配至干预组（常规保守治疗 + 胸部固定带佩戴）和对照组（仅常规保守治疗），以此确保分组的随机性，减少选择偏倚对研究结果的干扰。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The random design method of this study is a simple randomization method based on generating random sequences with Excel. The specific way to achieve randomness is by using the random number generation function of Excel 2021 software (such as generating random sequences through the RAND function). For subjects who meet the inclusion criteria, they are allocated to the intervention group (conventional conservative treatment plus chest fixation belt) and the control group (conventional conservative treatment only) according to the generated random sequence, thus ensuring the randomness of the grouping and reducing selection bias that could interfere with the study results.
