探讨全凭静脉麻醉对泌尿外科腹膜后腹腔镜手术术后恢复质量评分与炎症因子及术中二氧化碳的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of total intravenous anesthesia on postoperative quality of recovery, inflammatory factors and intraoperative carbon dioxide of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in urology

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①非计划或紧急手术； ②合并精神疾病、认知功能异常、慢性疼痛疾病、长期服用镇静镇痛药物或酒精滥用者； ③严重肝肾功能疾病； ④严重心肺功能疾病； ⑤孕妇、哺乳期妇女； ⑥对研究所用药物有过敏或禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unplanned or emergency surgery; 2. Those with mental illness, abnormal cognitive function, chronic pain disease, long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs or alcohol abuse; 3.Severe liver and kidney disease ; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary disease; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Those who have allergies or contraindications to the drugs used in the study.

因两组麻醉方案显著不同，无法对主治麻醉师实施盲法。研究参与者、外科医生、其他医疗人员以及负责数据收集和结果评估的研究人员，在最终分析完成之前，都对分组分配不知情。

Blinding：

Because the anesthesia schemes of the two groups were significantly different, it was impossible to blind the attending anesthesiologist.Research participants, surgeons, other medical personnel, and researchers responsible for data collection and outcome evaluation were blinded to the grouping allocation until the final analysis was completed.
