研究目的：

明确SBRI与传统血流动力学监测指标（MAP、CVP、PI、CI）的相关性，评估鼻烟壶动脉多普勒对乳酸清除率的预测价值，建立基于多普勒参数的儿童脓毒性休克血流动力学分型模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the correlation between SBRI and traditional hemodynamic monitoring indexes (MAP, CVP, PI, CI), evaluate the predictive value of snuffbox artery Doppler on lactate clearance rate, and establish a hemodynamic classification model of septic shock in children based on Doppler parameters.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.双侧上肢因血管畸形、外伤等原因导致的血流循环障碍者；
2.入室时体温<35℃者；
3.各种原因导致的超声图像成像不良者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Blood circulation disorder of bilateral upper limbs due to vascular malformation, trauma and other reasons.
2.Body temperature < 35℃;
3.Poor ultrasound imaging caused by various reasons.
