研究目的：

1.回顾分析体位变化对PICC尖端位置的定量影响，计算坐位置管患者P波达最高振幅时导管应回撤的具体长度； 2.实施前瞻性对照研究，以X线胸片为金标准验证使用ECG技术对坐位患者置管时进行导管回撤的适宜长度。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To retrospectively analyze the quantitative impact of body position changes on the tip position of PICC, and calculate the specific length by which the catheter should be withdrawn when the P wave amplitude reaches its maximum in patients with seated position catheters; 2.To conduct a prospective controlled study, using X-ray chest radiographs as the gold standard to verify the appropriate length for catheter withdrawal during catheter placement in seated patients using ECG technology.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：①心脏疾患，如瓣膜性心脏病、心房纤颤、室上性心动过速、肺源性心脏病或植入心脏起搏器及心脏外科术后等可能影响P波改变的患者；②各种原因导致穿刺失败的患者；③精神异常、不合作的患者。所有患者均签署PICC置管知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with heart diseases such as valvular heart disease, atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, pulmonary heart disease, or those who have received cardiac pacemaker implantation or undergone cardiac surgery, as these conditions may affect the changes in the P wave; 2. Patients with failed puncture due to various reasons; 3. Patients with mental abnormalities or those who are uncooperative. All patients signed the informed consent form for PICC catheterization.
