研究目的：

评价采用双入路小切口引流并持续灌注冲洗治疗重症急性胰腺炎后期严重感染的临床有效性及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of double-inlet small incision drainage and continuous perfusion irrigation for severe infection in late phase of severe acute pancreatitis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)轻型急性胰腺炎和中重型胰腺炎未形成坏死组织；
2)胆源性重症急性胰腺炎；
3)胰腺实质大量坏死、胰液漏出导致全身状态不断恶化；
4)既往参加过其它临床试验，仍未终止试验的患者；
5)有麻醉药物过敏史的患者；
6)有活动性肝、肾和心脏疾病等无法耐受全麻手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Mild and moderately acute pancreatitis do not form necrotic tissue;
2) Acute biliary pancreatitis;
3) A large amount of necrosis of the pancreas and pancreatic fistula lead to a deterioration of the whole body;
4) Patients who have previously participated in other clinical trials and have not terminated the trial;
5) Patients with a history of allergies to anesthetics;
6)Patients with active liver, kidney and heart disease who cannot tolerate general anesthesia.
