研究目的：

将多模态功能神经导航联合荧光素钠及术中超声技术应用于颅内恶性肿瘤切除术，将该项技术与单独使用功能神经导航技术进行对比，收集术后患者各项临床数据，使用统计学软件进行分析，比较功能神经导航联合荧光素钠及术中超声技术是否可以提高肿瘤切除率，改善患者神经系统功能，缩短手术时间，降低术后并发症的发生，改善患者预后  

Objectives of Study：

The multimodal functional neuro-navigation combined with sodium fluorescein and intraoperative ultrasound technology was applied to the resection of intracranial malignant tumors. This technology was compared with the use of functional neuro-navigation technology alone. Clinical data of the patients after the operation were collected and analyzed using statistical software. The purpose was to determine whether the combination of functional neuro-navigation, sodium fluorescein, and intraoperative ultrasound could increase the tumor resection rate, improve the neurological function of the patients, shorten the operation time, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, and improve the prognosis of the patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有严重心肝肾或其他重大疾病者。 2.不能耐受增强检查者。 3.既往有脑出血或大面积脑梗死或颅内其它占位病史。 4.对荧光素钠过敏者。 5.孕妇等不能行手术治疗的病人。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe heart, liver, kidney or other major diseases. 2. Those who cannot tolerate enhanced examinations. 3.Those with a history of cerebral hemorrhage, extensive cerebral infarction or other intracranial occupying lesions in the past. 4.Those who are allergic to sodium fluorescein. 5.Pregnant women and other patients who cannot undergo surgical treatment.
