研究目的：

（1）描述阴茎修复术后患儿父母不同时间点的疼痛共情水平及变化趋势。 （2）探讨父母疼痛共情与患儿术后疼痛灾难化的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Describe the pain empathy levels and changing trends of parents of children after penile repair surgery at different time points. 2. Explore the correlation between parental pain empathy and the catastrophization of postoperative pain in children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.父母：患有精神疾病或目前正在服用抗精神病药物的照顾者；近3个月内经历严重意外事故、亲人突然死亡等创伤性事件。
2.患儿：合并有其他严重疾病，如严重心脏病、恶性肿瘤等；患儿患有严重遗传性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Parents: caregivers with mental illness or current antipsychotic medication; traumatic events such as severe accidents and sudden death of relatives in the past 3 months.
2. Children: complicated with other serious diseases, such as serious heart disease, malignant tumors, etc.; the child had a severe genetic disease.
