观察俞募穴位埋线治疗腹型肥胖的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of Shu-mu acupoint catgut embedding treatment for abdominal obesity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①BMI≥40的患者；
②继发性肥胖症， 如：因内分泌疾病 （库欣综合征、 甲状腺疾病、 下丘脑、垂体疾病、生殖腺疾病等）或药物治疗（糖皮质激素、抗精神病药物）引起的肥胖；
③妊娠和哺乳期妇女，6 个月内有生产史的妇女；
④合并有心脏病、造血系统、肝脏、肾脏等重要器官病变者；
⑤合并原发性高血压病且未能得到有效控制的患者；
⑥合并有严重的精神、神经疾病无法合作或不愿合作的患者；
⑦对酒精、动物蛋白过敏或有免疫性疾病者；
⑧最近三月内接受其他减肥方法治疗者。
（注：有其中任何一项的患者，不能纳入本研究。）

Exclusion criteria：

1. secondary obesity, such as obesity caused by endocrine disease (Cushing syndrome, thyroid disease, hypothalamic disease, pituitary disease, gonadal disease, etc.) and medication(glucocorticoid or antipsychotics);
2. pregnancy, lactation and childbirth within 6 months;
3. heart disease, hematopoietic system, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases;
4. essential hypertension and has not been effectively controlled;
5. patients with severe mental and neurological diseases who are unable or unwilling to cooperate;
6. allergic to alcohol and animal protein or immune diseases;
7. received other weight loss treatment within 3 months.

随机方法采用中央随机，由临床研究中心云南中医药大学承担中央随机和数据管理。各研究中心数据管理员可通过拨打电话或者发送短信的方式向云南中医药大学中央随机采用计算机随机分配，进行随机分配分配。随机中心会将入选病例随机分配信息通过短信和电子邮件反馈给各中心数据管理员。各中心数据管理员在收取有关随机分配信息的电子邮件，并进行信息核对后，打印随机分配的电子邮件，转交研究者粘贴在病例观察表外封的背面。
