研究目的：

1.主要目的： •量化腹部加压对保乳术后患者乳腺呼吸运动幅度（三维方向）的抑制效果。 •评估腹部加压对放疗计划中OARs（重点关注：同侧肺V5、V20、Dmean，对侧肺V5;冠状动脉V15，V40；心脏V5，Dmean）的剂量学参数的影响。 2.次要目的： •探索乳腺运动幅度与OARs剂量参数的相关性。 •探索腹部加压后的放射性肺炎的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: Quantify the inhibitory effect of abdominal compression on the amplitude (three-dimensional direction) of breast respiratory movement in patients after breast-conserving surgery. To evaluate the impact of abdominal compression on the dosimetric parameters of OARs (with a focus on: ipsilateral lung V5, V20, Dmean, contralateral lung V5; coronary artery V15, V40; heart V5, Dmean) in the radiotherapy plan. 2. Secondary objectives: Explore the correlation between the amplitude of breast movement and OARs dose parameters. Explore the incidence of radiation pneumonitis after abdominal compression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往胸部放疗史 2.严重心肺疾病（COPD、心衰NYHA III-IV级） 3.腹部手术史或腹壁疝 4.BMI >30 kg/m^2（因腹壁厚度可能影响加压装置的压力传递效果和一致性） 5.精神障碍无法配合指令

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of thoracic radiotherapy 2. Severe cardiopulmonary diseases (COPD, heart failure NYHA grade III-IV) 3. History of abdominal surgery or abdominal wall hernia 4.BMI >30 kg/m ² (As the thickness of the abdominal wall may affect the pressure transmission effect and consistency of the pressurization device) 5. Mental disorders prevent one from following instructions
