研究目的：

颅内动脉瘤破裂（RIA）是世界上常见的疾病。 RIA的治疗主要包括药物治疗和血管内支架植入术。 支架辅助线圈栓塞（SCE）用于预防RIA风险和复发。 我们的目的是比较Ni-Ti线圈和壳聚糖纳米粒子包覆的Ni-Ti线圈在预防RIA发展中的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Ruptured intracranial aneurysm (RIA) is a common disease in the world. The treatment of RIA consists mainly of medical treatment and intravascular stenting. Stent-assisted coil embolization (SCE) is indicated to prevent RIA risk and recurrent. We aim to compare the therapeutic efficacy of Ni-Ti coil and Chitosan-nanoparticle-coated Ni-Ti coil in the prevention of RIA development.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

如果患者符合以下标准，将被排除在外：（1）严重的内科疾病或感染; （2）严重的中风后遗症; （3）对阿司匹林过敏或对氯吡格雷过敏的病史; （4）明确抗凝治疗的脑梗塞; （5）脑出血史（ICH）; （6）服用抗血小板药物或非甾体类抗炎药; （7）3个月内消化道出血; （8）计划在3个月内进行血运重建; （9）由于医源性原因引起的脑梗塞; （10）孕妇或哺乳期妇女; （11）脑卒中和其他主要神经系统疾病的病史，这些疾病会模糊中风评估，并且只有IA或中风症状。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) severe medical illness or infection;
(2) severe sequelae of stroke;
(3) a history of allergy to aspirin or an allergy to clopidogrel;
(4) cerebral infarction with definite anticoagulation;
(5) a history of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH);
(6) took antiplatelet drugs or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;
(7) gastrointestinal bleeding within 3 months;
(8) had planned revascularization within 3 months;
(9) cerebral infarction due to iatrogenic causes;
(10) pregnant or lactating women;
(11) A history of cerebral stroke, and other major neurological illness that would obscure assessment of stroke, and only had IA or stroke symptoms.
