研究目的：

本研究拟回顾性分析2010年-2024年不同病因引起的神经源性膀胱患者的尿动力学特征、临床特征、上尿路情况；并分析不同治疗手段（药物、神经调控、肉毒毒素，等）对尿动力参数的影响、临床症状以及上尿路情况的改善程度，并通过多因素分析找出影响上尿路、疾病预后、治疗效果的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to retrospectively analyze the urodynamic characteristics, clinical profiles, and upper urinary tract status of patients with neurogenic bladder resulting from various etiologies from 2010 to 2024. It will further evaluate the effects of different treatments (such as medication, neuromodulation, botulinum toxin injection, etc.) on urodynamic parameters, clinical symptoms, and the degree of improvement in upper urinary tract conditions. Additionally, multivariate analysis will be employed to identify factors influencing upper urinary tract outcomes, disease prognosis, and treatment efficacy.
