研究目的:

1.通过收集和分析大量女性SUI患者尿道的2D和粘弹性成像数据,筛选与疾病相关的特征参数,并基于特征参数,构建超声多模态诊断模型,旨在弥补单一超声参数在诊断女性SUI方面的局限。 2. 探讨基于尿道粘弹性图像的深度学习(Deeplearning,DL)模型对女性SUI的精确评估和准确诊断的价值。  

Objectives of Study:

1. By collecting and analysing 2D and viscoelastic imaging data of the urethra in a large number of female SUI patients, screening the characteristic parameters related to the disease and constructing an ultrasound multimodal diagnostic model based on the characteristic parameters, we aim to make up for the limitations of a single ultrasound parameter in the diagnosis of female SUI. 2. To explore the value of deep learning (DL) model based on urethral viscoelastic images for precise assessment and accurate diagnosis of female SUI.

盆腔或盆底手术或理疗干预史、疼痛、血尿、复发性感染、排尿症状、盆腔放射、疑似瘘管或盆腔器官脱垂量化系统2级以上的盆腔器官脱垂、无法配合的患者

Exclusion criteria:

History of pelvic or pelvic floor surgery or physiotherapy interventions, pain, haematuria, recurrent infections, voiding symptoms, pelvic radiation, suspected fistulae or pelvic organ prolapse quantification system grade 2 or higher, uncooperative patients
