研究目的：

根据肝泡型包虫病病灶旁组织内观察到的病理学特征，并参照肝癌中MVI的病理学定义及其分型，初步阐述了MVI在肝泡型包虫病中的概念及病理学分型。同时，我们将肝泡型包虫病手术患者的预后与MVI的病理学特征相结合，试图进一步探讨MVI对肝泡型包虫病手术患者的预后影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the pathological features observed in the adjacent tissues of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis lesions, and referring to the pathological definition and classification of MVI in liver cancer, the concept and pathological classification of MVI in hepatic alveolar echinococcosis were preliminarily expounded. Meanwhile, we combined the prognosis of patients undergoing surgery for hepatic alveolar echinococcosis with the pathological characteristics of MVI, attempting to further explore the prognostic impact of MVI on patients undergoing surgery for hepatic alveolar echinococcosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.行下腔静脉血管置换术或离体肝切除联合自体肝移植术； 2.姑息性病灶切除术； 3.有颅内、胸部和腹膜后等远处转移。 4.随访失联或意外死亡的排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Perform inferior vena cava vascular replacement or isolated liver resection combined with autologous liver transplantation; 2. Palliative lesion resection; 3. There are distant metastases in the intracranial, thoracic and retroperitoneal regions. 4. Follow up on the exclusion of lost contact or accidental death.
