研究目的：

本研究的目的是开发出一项老年认知障碍竞技叠杯数字训练系统，探索该系统应用于老年认知障碍群体的可行性及其在延缓老年认知障碍患者病程中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to develop a digital cup-stacking training system for elderly individuals with cognitive impairment, to explore the feasibility of applying this system to this population and its role in delaying the progression of cognitive impairment in elderly patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重的精神疾病或使用抗抑郁药物； 2. 酒精或药物滥用史； 3. 每周进行两次及以上规律锻炼； 4. 任何妨碍参与研究计划的身体疾病（例如，严重心血管、肌肉骨骼或神经疾病）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe mental illness or use of antidepressant medications; 2. History of alcohol or drug abuse; 3. Engaging in regular exercise twice or more per week; 4. Any physical condition that would impede participation in the study plan (e.g., severe cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, or neurological diseases).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过问卷收集患者和照护者的基本信息，并使用一系列验证过的量表进行研究数据收集，所有在研究过程中收集的数据将严格保密并开匿名处理。所有数据将存放在安全的地点，仅限授权的研究团队成员访问。
