研究目的：

本研究为一项探索性真实世界研究，目的是探索在真实世界环境下Da Vinci SP单通道内窥镜手术系统（简称“SP单孔机器人”）用于保留乳头的乳房切除术（Nipple Sparing Mastectomy，NSM）的临床性能和安全性，为该产品的临床应用提供中国人群的真实世界证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This is a pilot real-world study to evaluate the clinical performance and safety of da Vinci SP Surgical System ("SP single-port robot" for short) for nipple sparing mastectomy (NSM) in the real-world, providing a real-world evidence for clinical application of the product in the Chinese population.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 已知诊断为炎症性乳腺癌的患者； 2. 同侧乳房有炎症和/或感染性皮肤病和/或伤口未愈合的患者； 3. 麻醉风险高（ASA≥IV级）或现有严重并发症（如心脏、肺部和神经系统）导致无法延长麻醉时间的患者； 4. 回顾性病例中主要评价指标数据缺失的患者； 5. 不适合微创手术的患者； 6. 研究者认为不适合参加本临床试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with known diagnosis of inflammatory breast cancer; 2. Patients with inflammatory and/or infectious skin condition and/or unhealed wounds on the ipsilateral breast; 3. Patients with high risk for anesthesia (ASA>=IV) or existing serious complications (i.e., cardiac, pulmonary and neurologic) that preclude longer anesthesia times; 4. Patients with missing data on the primary endpoints in retrospective cases; 5. Patients determined to be unsuitable for minimally invasive surgery; 6. Other circumstances in which patients are considered inappropriate to participate in this clinical trial by investigators.
