研究目的：

系统评价不同肺康复干预策略对微创腔镜术后患者肺功能恢复的临床疗效，旨在构建基于循证医学的优化康复方案。  

Objectives of Study：

A systematic review of the clinical efficacy of different pulmonary rehabilitation intervention strategies on the recovery of pulmonary function in patients undergoing minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, aiming to develop an evidence-based optimized rehabilitation protocol.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)合并其他恶性肿瘤。 (2)合并严重心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能障碍。 (3)非首次肺癌手术（如既往二次VATS手术或开胸手术史）。 (4)因肢体缺损或极度虚弱等原因无法完成研究项目者。 (5)预期生存时间<6个月者。 (6)依从性差且中途退出研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Combined with other malignant tumours. (2)Combined severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, renal and other vital organ dysfunction. (3)Non-first surgery for lung cancer (such as previous secondary VATS procedures or open thoracic surgery history). (4)Those who are unable to complete the research project due to defective limbs or extreme physical weakness, etc. (5)Those with an expected survival time of <6 months. (6)Those with poor compliance and who withdrew from the study midway.

术后48小时开始，为期8周，每周一、三、五进行进行标准化八段锦联合呼吸训练。 通过三阶段质控（现场指导→远程视频→互助巩固）确保动作执行规范。 训练时长从首周7-8分钟/次渐进增加，至出院后达到30分钟/次。 训练内容包含八个标准动作，核心强调呼吸与运动的协调性。 康复师全程监督，以保证干预的一致性和患者安全。

Standardized Baduanjin combined with breathing training commenced 48 hours post-operation, conducted three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for a duration of 8 weeks. Three-phase quality control (on-site guidance → remote video → group mutual assistance) to ensure movement standardization. Training duration progressively increased from 7-8 minutes/session in first week to 30 minutes/session after discharge. Training content includes eight standard movements, emphasizing respiratory-motor coordination. Rehabilitation therapists provided full supervision to ensure intervention consistency and patient safety.

术后48小时开始，为期8周，每周一、三、五上午9点进行床旁功率自行车训练。 术后2周内从0阻力、10分钟/次起步，依据多项客观生命指标达标情况逐步提升强度。 术后2周后训练时长增至30分钟/次，并遵循每2次达标训练增加5W阻力的渐进规则。 最终训练目标为维持30W的阻力强度。 全程通过无线系统监测生命体征，并由康复师现场指导，确保安全。

Commenced 48 hours post-operation, lasting 8 weeks, bedside cycling training conducted every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 AM. Initial intensity within first 2 weeks: 0 resistance, 10 minutes/session, progressively increased based on meeting multiple objective physiological indicators. After 2 weeks: session duration extended to 30 minutes, with resistance increased by 5W every two sessions meeting criteria. Final goal: maintain 30W resistance intensity. Wireless real-time monitoring of vital signs throughout, with on-site guidance by rehabilitation therapists to ensure safety.
