研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨渐进注意训练结合传统语言治疗与传统言语疗法对语言功能的影响，为注意训练在脑卒中失语症患者中的应用提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the effectiveness of gradual attention training compared with conventional speech therapy on language function, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the application of attention training in stroke patients with aphasia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重的构音器官运动障碍者，特别是脑卒中合并延髓性球麻痹患者；
2.合并有构音障碍，视觉、听觉障碍，智力缺陷或精神障碍者；
2.合并有其他神经系统疾病患者，如帕金森氏病、多发性硬化、皮质动脉硬化性脑病等；
4.合并严重的心肺、肝肾功能不全患者等；
5.伴有严重外周器官病变引起的语言、阅读、书写障碍；
6.患者及家属不愿接受治疗或不积极配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with severe articulation disorder, especially stroke patients with bulbar palsy;
(2) patients with mental disorders, such as major depressive disorder, manic disorder, schizophrenia, and dementia;
(3) patients with neurological disorders, such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, cortical arteriosclerosis encephalopathy, etc;
(4) patients with serious heart, lung, liver, or kidney insufficiency;
(5) patients with severe peripheral organ disease causative of speech, reading, and writing disorders;
(6) patients or families who refused to adopt this treatment or could not cooperate with the process.
