研究目的：

本研究在保护性机械通气的基础上联合间断肺复张，观察其对术后ARDS患者的疗效与可能出现的不良反应，以期为临床治疗提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of protective mechanical ventilation, this study combined with intermittent pulmonary reexpansion to observe its effect on postoperative ARDS patients and possible adverse reactions in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

按随机数字表法分为PPV组和PRM组。两组患者均给予原发病治疗、保护性机械通气策略及气道温湿化治疗；PPV组采用保护性机械通气治疗，PRM组在PPV组基础上联合间断肺复张治疗。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The method was divided into PPV group and PRM group according to the random number table method. The two groups were treated with primary treatment, protective mechanical ventilation and airway temperature humidification; in group PPV, protective mechanical ventilation was used, and group PRM was combined with intermittent pulmonary replacement on the basis of group PPV.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

术前即诊断ARDS，血流动力学不稳定(不符合上述稳定标准)，活动性急性出血,不愿意参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative diagnosis of ARDS, hemodynamic instability (inconsistent with the above stability criteria), active acute bleeding, and unwilling to participate in this study.
