纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.涉及心脏的手术，或术前14天接受过心脏手术； 2.术前已存在急性或陈旧性心肌梗死； 3.一年内重复手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Surgery involving the heart, or undergoing heart surgery 14 days before surgery; 2. Acute or old myocardial infarction before surgery; 3. Repeated surgery within one year.

使用信通网易有限公司的麻醉信息系统科研平台设计CRF表，由研究人员进行平板电脑随访并填写，并同步提取实验室检查结果，将数据保存于该科研信息系统。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Use the anesthesia information system research platform from Xingtong Wangyi Co., Ltd. to design CRF forms. Researchers will conduct follow-ups using tablets and fill out the forms. Laboratory test results will be simultaneously extracted, and all data will be saved in this research information system.
