Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 存在任何神经、身体疾病; 2. 存在任何心理、精神障碍病史; 3. 下肢骨折及手术史; 4. 有机器人辅助步态经历的受试者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. History of any neurological or physical disorders; 2. History of any psychological or psychiatric disorders; 3. History of lower limb fracture or related surgical procedures; 4. Prior experience with robotic-assisted gait training.

下肢机器人训练:采用Lokomat下肢康复训练机器人对患者进行下肢步态训练。根据设定的试验方案,初始减重程度为受试者体重的40%;初始步速设定在1.0~2.0km/h之间;初始引导力为100%,再结合步态特征酌情减至10%。下肢机器人治疗时间为30分钟/次,共1次。

Intervention:

Lower Limb Robot-Assisted Training: Patients received gait training using the Lokomat robotic gait orthosis. According to the predefined trial protocol, the initial body weight support was set at 40% of the participant’s body weight; the initial walking speed was set between 1.0 and 2.0 km/h; and the initial guidance force was set at 100%, subsequently reduced based on individual gait characteristics to a minimum of 10%. Each robot-assisted session lasted 30 minutes and was performed once.
