本研究的主要目的是探讨瑞马唑仑联合不同剂量阿芬太尼用于小儿胃镜检查麻醉的有效剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to explore the effective doses of remimazolam for pediatric gastroscopy combined with different doses of alfentanil.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 罹患先天性心脏病、近期有上呼吸道感染、哮喘发作、癫痫等疾病； 2. 对实验麻醉用药存在过敏者; 3. 因疾病接受治疗且手术时间大于30分钟。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of congenital heart disease, recent upper respiratory infection, asthma exacerbation, or epilepsy; 2. Allergy to any of the experimental anesthetic agents used in the study; 3. Receiving treatment for underlying disease with surgery duration exceeding 30 minutes.
