研究目的：

本研究基于潜变量增长混合模型，识别下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入术后患者运动康复锻炼依从性的轨迹类别，明确不同变化轨迹的相关因素。采用专家会议法构建下肢ASO介入术后患者的运动康复依从性精准干预方案。为临床下肢ASO介入术后患者运动依从性干预提供理论与实践指导。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is based on latent variable growth mixture models to identify the trajectory categories of exercise rehabilitation compliance in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerotic occlusive disease after intervention, and to clarify the related factors of different change trajectories. The expert meeting method was used to construct an accurate intervention plan for exercise rehabilitation compliance of patients with lower extremity ASO intervention. This provides theoretical and practical guidance for the intervention of exercise compliance in clinical patients with lower extremity ASO intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

伴发深静脉血栓患者；骨折患者；合并严重系统性疾病及感染，精神疾病患者；截肢患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with concurrent deep vein thrombosis; fracture patients; patients with severe systemic diseases and infections, mental disorders; amputee patients.

使用纸质CRF。主要在研究现场采集，随访数据则通过电话回访补充记录在CRF上，所有数据最终录入密码保护的Excel文件，并进行加密备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Use paper-based CRF. The data were mainly collected at the research site. The follow-up data were supplemented and recorded on the CRF through telephone follow-ups. All the data were finally entered into a password-protected Excel file and encrypted for backup.
