研究目的：

探究覆盖近视发生发展各阶段的“三级监测”指标，识别并验证关键的动态预警指标；以具有明确生物学意义的预警指标为核心，构建一个分阶段、个体化的“三级预警”动态预测模型，为儿童青少年近视防控提供科学的监测与预警工具。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the "three-level monitoring" indicators covering all stages ; to identify and validate the critical dynamic warning indicators; to construct a staged and individualized "three-level warning" dynamic prediction model based on warning indicators with clear biological significance; and ultimately, to provide a scientific monitoring and warning tool for the prevention and control of myopia in children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有斜视、弱视等其他影响视力的眼病史或现病史； （2）有影响眼部发育的全身系统性疾病史； （3）有眼部手术或外伤史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Current or historical diagnosis of any other ocular diseases known to affect vision, including but not limited to strabismus and amblyopia; 2. History of any systemic diseases known to affect ocular development; 3. History of ocular surgery or trauma.
