研究目的：

本研究旨在通过前瞻性观察，利用床旁超声定性、定量评估需进行全身麻醉的儿童术前和插管后的胃容量，分析年龄分层（婴儿/幼儿/学龄儿童）、性别、BMI、禁食水具体时长、饮食类型、疾病状态（是否急诊）等对胃排空速率的影响，验证现行禁食指南在真实临床场景中的适用性。 通过对监护人的问卷调查了解家长的认知对患儿禁食水情况的影响，对相关的术前准备进行改进和优化。 为建立基于循证证据的儿科动态禁食方案提供数据支持，最终降低围术期呼吸系统并发症发生率并改善患儿舒适度。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to conduct a prospective observation and use bedside ultrasound to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the gastric volume of children who require general anesthesia before surgery and after intubation, and analyze age stratification (infants/toddlers/school-age children), gender BMI Verify the applicability of current fasting guidelines in real clinical settings by examining the impact of specific duration of fasting, dietary type, and disease status (whether emergency or not) on gastric emptying rate. By conducting a questionnaire survey on guardians, we aim to understand the impact of parental awareness on the fasting and water intake of pediatric patients, and to improve and optimize relevant preoperative preparations. To provide data support for establishing an evidence-based pediatric dynamic fasting program, ultimately reducing the incidence of perioperative respiratory complications and improving the comfort of pediatric patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.家长拒绝参与观察; 2.超声耦合剂过敏史; 3.胸骨下畸形影响B超检查; 4.胃肠道畸形; 5.近期24小时内使用影响胃动力药物; 6.禁食水时间不明; 7.疾病自身影响胃容量者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Parents refuse to participate in observation; 2. History of allergy to ultrasound coupling agents; 3. Substernal deformity affecting ultrasound examination; 4. Gastrointestinal malformations; 5. Use of drugs affecting gastric motility within the past 24 hours; 6. Unknown fasting or water restriction time; 7. Conditions that inherently affect gastric capacity.
