探索环泊酚对老年患者行腹腔镜结直肠肿瘤手术后神经认知恢复延迟的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of ciprofol on the delayed neurocognitive recovery in elderly patients after laparoscopic colorectal tumor surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加本研究者； 2.对本研究中使用的麻醉药物过敏的患者； 3.围术期无法配合完成MoCA量表者； 4.严重心肺疾病及肝肾功能不全者； 5.术前MoCA评分不满足筛查标准者（文盲<=13分，小学<=19 分，初中及以上<=24 分）.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Researchers who refuse to participate in this study; 2. Patients who are allergic to the anesthetics used in this study; 3. Those who cannot cooperate to complete the MoCA scale during the perioperative period; 4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease and liver or kidney dysfunction; 5. Those whose preoperative MoCA scores do not meet the screening criteria (illiteracy <= 13 points, primary school <= 19 points, junior high school and above <= 24 points).
