研究目的：

研究火龙果对人体消化系统的干预作用，为开发基于火龙果的功能性食品或膳食补充剂提供科学依据，同时也为消化系统疾病的预防和治疗提供新的思路和方法。  

Objectives of Study：

This project investigates the intervention effect of dragon fruit on the human digestive system. This study provides scientific basis for the development of functional foods or dietary supplements using dragon fruit as raw material, and also provides new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of digestive system diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）由于基础疾病等原因，口服药物困难的患者； （2）伴有影响生存的严重基础疾病，包括未被控制的有临床意义的心脏、肺、肾脏、消化、血液病、神经精神疾病、免疫性疾病、代谢性疾病、恶性肿瘤、严重营养不良等； （3）过敏体质，对治疗方案涉及的产品过敏者； （4）患有高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、高血脂等疾病经药物控制不理想； （5）对肠道菌群产生影响，包括入组前3个月内使用过可能对肠道菌群有影响的药物，或日常服用益生菌，患有炎症性肠病，严重肠梗阻不能获取粪便等； （6）根据研究者判断，不适合使用治疗方案涉及的产品人群； （7）生理期女性，妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； （8）精神状态不能合作者，患有精神性疾病、无自知力、不能明确表达者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have difficulty taking oral medication due to underlying diseases and other reasons; 2. Accompanied by serious underlying diseases that affect survival, including uncontrolled clinically significant heart, lung, kidney, digestive, hematological diseases, neurological and psychiatric disorders, immune disorders, metabolic disorders, malignant tumors, severe malnutrition, etc; 3. Allergic constitution, those who are allergic to the products involved in the treatment plan; 4. Patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and other diseases are not well controlled by drugs; 5. Impact on gut microbiota, including use of drugs that may affect gut microbiota within the first 3 months of enrollment, daily consumption of probiotics, inflammatory bowel disease, severe intestinal obstruction, inability to obtain feces, etc; 6. According to the researchers' judgment, it is not suitable to use the product population involved in the treatment plan; 7. Physiological period women, pregnant or lactating women; 8. Individuals who are unable to cooperate in their mental state, suffer from mental illnesses, lack self-awareness, and are unable to express themselves clearly.
