研究目的：

本研究旨在全面评估青少年抑郁症患者脑结构功能、外周代谢物谱及肠道菌群构成相较于健康人群的改变特征，系统性构建脑-肠-代谢物交互作用网络模型，最终筛选出敏感度高于85%的多模态生物标志物组合以指导临床早期诊断以及探索青少年抑郁症的发病机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to comprehensively assess the changes in brain structure and function, peripheral metabolite profiles, and gut microbiota composition in adolescents with depression compared to healthy individuals, systematically constructing a brain-gut-metabolite interaction network model, and ultimately screening multimodal biomarker combinations with a sensitivity higher than 85% to guide early clinical diagnosis and explore the pathogenesis of adolescent depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.双相障碍患者；
2.精神分裂患者；
3.物质滥用史；
4.处于妊娠或哺乳期；
5.严重内科疾病（凝血功能异常等）；
6.有过导致意识丧失的颅脑外伤史，或癫痫病史；
7.出现发热、急性感染、传染病等情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with bipolar disorder;
2.Patients with schizophrenia;
3.History of Substance abuse;
4.During pregnancy or lactation;
5.Severe internal diseases (such as abnormal coagulation function, etc.
6.a history of craniocerebral trauma that leads to loss of consciousness or a history of epilepsy;
7.fever, acute infection, and infectious diseases;
