研究目的：

本研究旨在解决康复数字化标准化路径缺失、资源配置不均和技术整合瓶颈等挑战，优化康复医疗资源的连续性和综合效益。扩大了康复医疗数字化应用范围，提高疾病康复资源利用率，同时也为其他类疾病康复提供实践依据与参考模版。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to address critical challenges in rehabilitation digitization, including the absence of standardized pathways, disparities in resource allocation, and bottlenecks in technology integration, thereby optimizing the continuity and comprehensive efficiency of rehabilitation medical resources. By expanding the application scope of digital rehabilitation medicine, it enhances the utilization efficiency of disease-specific rehabilitation resources while providing an evidence base and reference framework for rehabilitating other disease categories.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他中重度基础病者； 2.严重认知障碍，MMSE<10分或无法配合评估； 3.植入如心脏起搏器、脊髓电刺激器等电子医疗设备； 4.急性感染者； 5.因合并神经肌肉系统病变或骨关节疾病而无法规范运动者，或因合并如骨折、外伤等不适宜进行康复运动者； 6.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 7.正在参与其他康复干预性临床试验； 8.无法使用智能设备； 9.研究者综合分析认为不适合参与本研究的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Merge with other patients with moderate to severe underlying diseases; 2. Severe cognitive impairment, MMSE < 10 points or unable to cooperate with assessment; 3. Implantation of electronic medical devices such as pacemakers, spinal cord stimulators, etc.; 4. Patients with acute infections; 5. Those who cannot perform standardized exercises due to combined neuromuscular system disorders or bone joint diseases, or are unsuitable for rehabilitation exercises due to combined issues like fractures or injuries; 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 7. Individuals currently participating in other clinical trials for rehabilitation interventions; 8. Unable to use smart devices;9. Those deemed unsuitable for participation in this study based on comprehensive analysis by the researchers.
