研究目的：

目前国内外对卒中相关吞咽障碍研究颇多，而肌少症性吞咽障碍研究处于空白期；我们通过本课题的研究，以期加强全社会对老年肌少症性吞咽障碍这一疾病的认识和重视，临床及科研工作者能早日制定出相关共识，提高该疾病早期诊断、治疗、以及预防策略；通过本课题的研究，探究老年肌少症性吞咽障碍的治疗方案，提高其治愈率、缩短住院时间，降低医疗费用，以期为肌少症性吞咽障碍的治疗提供理论依据和参考借签。  

Objectives of Study：

Currently, there is a considerable amount of research on stroke-related swallowing disorders both domestically and internationally, while research on sarcopenia-related swallowing disorders is still in its infancy. Through this project's research, we aim to enhance societal awareness and attention towards the condition of sarcopenia-related swallowing disorders in the elderly, allowing clinicians and researchers to establish relevant consensus guidelines to improve early diagnosis, treatment, and prevention strategies for this disease. Furthermore, this project will explore treatment plans for sarcopenia-related swallowing disorders in the elderly, aiming to increase cure rates, shorten hospital stays, and reduce medical costs, thereby providing a theoretical basis and reference for the treatment of sarcopenia-related swallowing disorders.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在严重心肺等疾病，存在严重的骨骼神经肌肉疾病； 2.口咽部感染以及甲状腺病变等； 3.由肿瘤等恶病质引起的肌少症性吞咽障碍； 4.安装起搏器或者冠脉支架植入术后； 5.存在严重认知功能障碍、依从性差，无法配合完成治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, severe skeletal and neuromuscular disorders; 2. Oropharyngeal infections and thyroid lesions; 3. Sarcopenic dysphagia caused by malignant conditions such as tumors; 4. After the installation of a pacemaker or coronary stent; 5. Individuals with severe cognitive dysfunction and poor compliance, unable to cooperate to complete treatment.
