研究目的：

我国生育率下降已成为严重的社会问题，人口发展是健康中国的重大战略需求。我国生育率下降突出表现在出生人口断崖式下跌，不孕（育）症发生率迅速攀升。辅助生殖技术（ART）是不孕症的主要治疗手段，中国已成为世界辅助生殖治疗第一大国，年ART周期数超过100万，超过全球总量1/3，年ART出生儿占总出生人口3%以上。然而，不孕症治疗及ART技术仍面临四大共性难题：助孕成功率低、流产率高、并发症风险高、远期母婴安全性不明。目前缺少高质量循证医学证据，因此，亟需前瞻性、大样本队列研究进一步提升辅助生殖技术有效性及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Assisted reproductive technology (ART) is the primary treatment for infertility. China has become the world's largest country in terms of ART treatments, with over one million ART cycles performed annually, accounting for more than one-third of the global total. ART-born children now represent over 3% of the annual births in the country. Currently, there is a lack of high-quality evidence-based medical research regarding long-term maternal and infant safety. Therefore, this study aims to establish a prospective, large-sample cohort for assisted reproductive mothers and infants to further improve the effectiveness and safety of ART.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

存在妊娠和/或辅助生殖技术禁忌证者；计划接受供精/供卵助孕者；无法配合随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

Women with medical contraindications to assisted reproductive technology and/or pregnancy; Couples who plan to use donor sperm/egg; Inability to comply with follow-up requirements.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	数据录入过程采用双重验证机制。经认证的数据输入主任在电子数据收集（EDC）中完成数据输入工作，以确保数据质量。在研究表单设计和数据管理方面，项目组开发了一系列定制化病例报告表（CRFS），涵盖了所有核心研究变量，并建立了完整的数据字典和变量编码规则。同时配备专业的数据管理团队，负责数据清洗、质量控制和归档。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	The data entry process adopts a dual verification mechanism. Certified data entry officers complete the data entry work in the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) to ensure data quality. In terms of research form design and data management, the project team developed a series of customized case report forms (CRFS), covering all core research variables, and established a complete data dictionary and variable coding rules. At the same time, a professional data management team is equipped to be responsible for data cleaning, quality control and archiving.
