研究目的：

探讨富马酸泰吉利定注射液对腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）患者术后炎症反应及胃肠道功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of tegileridine fumarate injection on the postoperative inflammatory response and gastrointestinal function of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重系统性疾病：如严重心血管疾病、肝肾功能不全、免疫系统疾病等； 2.妊娠或哺乳期女性：避免药物对胎儿或婴儿的潜在影响； 3.长期使用抗炎或镇痛药物：如非甾体抗炎药（NSAIDs）、糖皮质激素等； 4.近期感染或炎症：术前存在明确感染或炎症（如胆囊炎急性发作期）； 5.精神疾病或认知障碍：无法配合研究或表达术后症状； 6.术中转开腹手术，生命体征不稳定。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe systemic diseases: such as severe cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, immune system disorders, etc.; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women: to avoid potential effects of drugs on the fetus or infant; 3. Long-term use of anti-inflammatory or analgesic drugs: such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), glucocorticoids, etc.; 4. Recent infection or inflammation: patients with clear infection or inflammation before surgery (e.g., acute episode of cholecystitis); 5. Mental illness or cognitive impairment: unable to cooperate with the study or report postoperative symptoms; 6. Intraoperative conversion to open surgery, with unstable vital signs.
