明确高血压患者线粒体基因突变的发生率；明确携带线粒体基因突变高血压患者临床特点；明确携带线粒体基因突变患者重要靶器官损伤的影响。

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the incidence of mitochondrial gene mutations in hypertensive patients; Clarify the clinical characteristics of hypertensive patients carrying mitochondrial gene mutations; Clarify the impact of important target organ damage in patients carrying mitochondrial gene mutations.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 年龄>80岁，或<18岁； 2. 合并其他严重神经系统、免疫系统等器质性疾病； 3. 合并肿瘤； 4. 合并妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age >80 years or <18 years; 2. Concurrent serious organic diseases of other systems, such as neurological or immune system disorders; 3. Concurrent malignancy; 4. Concurrent pregnancy.
