研究目的：

本课题目的在于研究总结胸主动脉瘤/夹层外科治疗的近远期结果，建立该病种风险评估模型与质控体系，采集术中切除的主动脉壁组织和/或血液标本，进行多组学分析，同时结合患者临床特征和家族史、影像学检查结果、随访结果，利用人工智能方法整合所有分型数据进行无监督聚类分型，最终得出针对胸主动脉瘤和夹层的精准分型体系。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to summarize the short-term and long-term results of surgical treatment of thoracic aortic aneurysm/dissection, and establish a risk assessment model and quality control system, collect intraoperative aortic wall tissue and/or blood samples for multi-omics analysis, and combine the clinical characteristics of patients and family history of imaging examination results After follow-up, artificial intelligence method was used to integrate all the classification data for unsupervised clustering classification, and finally an accurate classification system for thoracic aortic aneurysm and dissection was obtained.
