研究目的：

探讨静脉联合应用地塞米松和右美托咪定对上肢骨折手术患者神经阻滞后反跳痛的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of intravenous combined dexamethasone and dexmedetomidine on rebound pain after nerve block in patients undergoing upper limb fracture surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)严重血液系统疾病或凝血功能异常 2)既往存在周围神经及肌肉病变 3)穿刺部位感染 4)对试验药物或局麻药过敏 5)长期使用糖皮质激素及α２肾上腺素受体激动药 6)窦性心动过缓(心率<45次/分)、II或III度房室传导阻滞、NYHA心功能分级III或IV级 7)认知障碍 8)神经阻滞失败且在麻醉后监护室（PACU）中 NRS 评分≥4 分

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe hematological diseases or abnormal coagulation function 2. Previous peripheral nerve and muscle lesions 3.Infection at the puncture site 4. Allergy to the trial drug or local anesthetics 5. Long-term use of glucocorticoids and α2 adrenergic receptor agonists 6. Sinus bradycardia (heart rate <45 beats/min), grade II or III atrioventricular block, NYHA cardiac function class III or IV 7. Cognitive impairment 8. Nerve block failure and NRS score ≥ 4 points in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
