The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of conversational AI compared to traditional health education in the primary prevention of adolescent mental health. The secondary objective is to explore digital phenotyping metrics.

1）有严重心理障碍而无法进行日常沟通交流的个体。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals diagnosed with severe mental disorders that prevent functional daily communication.
