研究目的：

本研究旨在通过老年流感住院患者的临床病历资料及实验室血液指标，系统地筛选与流感重症密切相关的关键生物标志物，运用机器学习算法构建并验证早期预测模型，以建立可靠的流感重症风险预警体系，为临床早期识别高危患者和及时干预提供循证依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically identify key biomarkers closely related to severe influenza through the clinical medical records and laboratory blood indicators of elderly patients hospitalized with influenza. It uses machine learning algorithms to construct and validate an early prediction model, in order to establish a reliable influenza severe risk warning system, providing evidence-based basis for the early identification of high-risk patients and timely intervention in clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 年龄<60岁； 2. 入院24小时内未进行流感病毒核酸检测； 3. 合并感染乙型流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、新冠病毒等其它呼吸道病毒的老年患者； 4. 病案资料缺失者，包括住院24小时内无血液检验记录的患者、每日病历记录不完整的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age < 60 years; 2. Influenza virus nucleic acid testing not performed within 24 hours of hospital admission; 3. Elderly patients with co-infection of other respiratory viruses, such as influenza B virus, respiratory syncytial virus, or SARS-CoV-2; 4. Patients with missing medical records, including those without blood test records within 24 hours of hospitalization or incomplete daily medical documentation.
