研究目的:

1.探讨“血清Hcy+MCV+MCH”三联检测在亚急性联合变性早期诊断中的应用价值 2.探讨症状量表,危险因素评分量表在亚急性联合变性早期诊断中的应用价值 3.探讨影响亚急性联合变性病情严重程度、预后的危险因素  

Objectives of Study:

1. To explore the application value of "serum Hcy MCV MCH" triple detection in the early diagnosis of subacute combinedation. 2. To explore the application value of symptom scale and risk factor scoring scale in the early diagnosis of subacute combined degeneration. 3. To explore the factors affecting the severity of subacute combined degeneration and prognosis.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.依从性差; 2.严重的肝肾功能异常; 3.严重的神经系统疾病后遗症。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Poor compliance; 2.Severe abnormalities of hepatic and renal functions; 3.Severe sequelae of nervous system diseases.

金标准或参考标准(即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法,在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准):

亚急性联合变性诊断符合:(1)亚急性或慢性病程,临床症状提示脊髓侧索、后索和(或)周围神经病变;(2)血清维生素B12浓度测定低于正常,或维生素B12试验性治疗有效。排除标准:其他脊髓疾病及周围神经病,严重的肝肾功能异常,严重的神经系统疾病后遗症

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Diagnosis of subacute combined degeneration was made in accordance with: (1) Subacute or chronic course, clinical symptoms suggesting lesions of and posterior columns of spinal cord and (or) peripheral nerves; (2) Serum vitamin B12 concentration determination below normal, or effective vitamin B12 trial treatment.clusion criteria: Other spinal cord diseases and peripheral neuropathies, severe abnormalities of hepatic and renal functions, severe sequelae of nervous system diseases

目标人群(可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群,详细描述其疾病特征,注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例,具有良好的代表性)

脊髓后索、侧索及周围神经受损患者40例; 非 SCD 脊髓、周围神经病变患者(包括急性脊髓炎,视神经脊髓炎,颈椎病,脊髓占位,脊髓空洞症,脊髓结核,腰椎病,糖尿病性周围神经病等)及神经科轻症患者(包括原发性头痛,周围性眩晕症,特发性震颤,三叉神经痛等)患者40例。

Target condition (The target condition is a particular disease or disease stage that the index test will be intended to identify. Please specify the characteristics in detail; the population should has a complete spectrum and good representative):

40 cases of patients with damage to the spinal cord dorsal column, lateral column, and peripheral nerves; 40 cases of patients with non-SCD spinal cord and peripheral nerve lesions (including acute myelitis, neuromyelitis optica, cervical spondylosis, spinal cord occupation, syringomyelia, spinal tuberculosis, lumbar diseases, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, etc.) and mild neurological patients (including primary headaches, peripheral vertigo, essential tremor, trigeminal neuralgia, etc.).
