研究目的：

比较乳牙不可复性冠髓炎患者采用冠髓切断术与牙髓摘除术的临床疗效差异，为乳牙不可复性牙髓炎的治疗提供循证医学依据，探索乳牙根髓保留的临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

To Compare the Differences in Clinical Efficacy between Coronal Pulpotomy and Pulpectomy in Patients with Irreversible Coronal Pulpitis in Primary Teeth, Provide Evidence-Based Medicine Basis for the Treatment of Irreversible Pulpitis in Primary Teeth, and Explore the Clinical Significance of Preserving the Radicular Pulp of Primary Teeth

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有系统性疾病或精神疾病； 2.对麻醉药物或治疗材料过敏； 3.有叩痛、异常松动度、软组织肿胀或瘘管等； 4.牙根发育异常，牙根生理性吸收>1/3，或恒牙胚发育异常； 5.X线显示根尖透射影或病理性根吸收; 6.依从性差，无法配合完成必要的临床检查或治疗； 7.监护人无法承诺定期随访，或拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from systemic diseases or mental illnesses; 2. Allergy to anesthetic drugs or therapeutic materials; 3. Percussion pain, abnormal looseness, soft tissue swelling or fistula, etc.; 4. Abnormal root development, physiological resorption > 1/3 of the root, or abnormal development of permanent tooth germ; 5. X-ray shows apical transmission or pathological root resorption; 6. Poor compliance and inability to cooperate with the completion of necessary clinical examination or treatment; 7. Guardians are unable to commit to regular follow-up visits, or refuse to sign informed consent.
