研究目的:

本研究旨在构建并验证一个基于大数据与机器学习技术的髋部再骨折预测模型。该模型针对莆田市第一医院收治的老年髋部骨折患者(尤其是股骨颈骨折和股骨粗隆间骨折患者),通过整合2019年至2022年间的历史数据作为训练集,以及2023年全年的数据作为验证集,来精准预测患者在未来两年内再次发生髋部骨折的风险。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to construct and validate a predictive model for recurrent hip fractures based on big data and machine learning technologies. Targeting elderly hip fracture patients (particularly those with femoral neck fractures and intertrochanteric fractures) admitted to The First Hospital of Putian, the model will integrate historical data from 2019 to 2022 as the training set and data from the entire year of 2023 as the validation set to accurately predict the risk of patients experiencing another hip fracture within two years.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1、存在严重的基础疾病,如未控制的心血管疾病、重度肝肾功能不全等。 2、精神疾病、癫痫或其他神经系统疾病。 3、近期内参与其他临床试验或研究。 4、生活自理能力差,无法配合研究要求。 5、有骨折的病理性原因,如肿瘤或代谢性疾病导致的病理性骨折

Exclusion criteria:

1. Presence of severe underlying diseases, such as uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions or severe hepatic or renal insufficiency. 2. Psychiatric disorders, epilepsy, or other neurological diseases. 3. Participation in other clinical trials or studies within the recent period. 4. Poor ability to perform activities of daily living, unable to comply with study requirements. 5. Pathological cause of fracture, such as fractures resulting from tumors or metabolic diseases.
