研究目的：

主要目的: 在经鼻内镜手术治疗颅底疾病的患者中，探索使用可吸收高分子组织密封膜封闭鞍底的患者术后脑脊液渗漏的发生率是否不高于使用人工脑膜或自体脂肪或筋膜填塞治疗的患者。 次要目的: 在经鼻内镜手术治疗颅底疾病的患者中，探索使用可吸收高分子组织密封膜封闭鞍底的患者术后颅内感染、颅内积气、鼻窦炎的发生率是否不高于使用人工脑膜或自体脂肪或筋膜填塞治疗的患者。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To explore whether the incidence of postoperative CSF leakage in patients with skull base diseases undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery using absorbable polymer tissue sealant membrane for sella floor sealing is not higher than those treated with artificial meningeal or autologous fat or fascia packing. Secondary objective: To explore whether the incidence of postoperative intracranial infection, intracranial pneumatosis, and sinusitis in patients with skull base diseases undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery using absorbable polymer tissue sealant membrane for sella floor sealing is not higher than those treated with artificial meningeal or autologous fat or fascia packing.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

可吸收高分子组织密封膜组排除标准 1.鼻内镜手术后出现脑脊液渗漏高流量Kelly>=3级； 2.有反复发作的鼻窦炎、中耳炎、偏头痛病史； 3.近半年有跌倒至颅底骨折、开放性颅脑损伤病史，或近半年曾行脑室外引流术、开颅手术； 4.纳入时有脑积水的研究参与者； 5.严重感染、贫血（Hb<60g/L）、低蛋白血症（Alb<30g/L）者； 6.因药物或其他原因导致凝血功能受损的研究参与者； 7.患有恶性肿瘤、恶病质者； 8.自身免疫性疾病患者或者使用免疫抑制剂者； 9.患有研究者/临床医生认为会影响患者依从性和成功完成研究的认知障碍、身体或精神疾病； 10.已知患者对可吸收高分子组织密封膜材料过敏； 11.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 12.一个月内参加过或正在参加其他药物或器械相关的研究； 13.研究者认为不合适。 对照组排除标准 1.鼻内镜手术后出现脑脊液渗漏高流量Kelly>=3级； 2.有反复发作的鼻窦炎、中耳炎、偏头痛病史； 3.近半年有跌倒至颅底骨折、开放性颅脑损伤病史，或近半年曾行脑室外引流术、开颅手术； 4.纳入时有脑积水的研究参与者； 5.严重感染、贫血（Hb<60g/L）、低蛋白血症（Alb<30g/L）者； 6.因药物或其他原因导致凝血功能受损的研究参与者； 7.患有恶性肿瘤、恶病质者； 8.自身免疫性疾病患者或者使用免疫抑制剂者； 9.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 10.研究者认为不合适。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for absorbable polymer tissue sealing membrane group 1. Cerebrospinal fluid leakage and high flow after nasal endoscopic surgery Kelly >=3 grade; 2. History of recurrent sinusitis, otitis media, and migraine; 3. Have a history of falling to skull base fracture or open head injury in the past six months, or have undergone external ventricular drainage or craniotomy in the past six months; 4. Study participants with hydrocephalus at the time of inclusion; 5. Those with severe infection, anemia (Hb<60g/L), hypoproteinemia (Alb<30g/L); 6. Study participants with impaired coagulation due to drugs or other reasons; 7. Those with malignant tumors and cachexia; 8. Patients with autoimmune diseases or those who use immunosuppressants; 9. Suffering from cognitive impairment, physical or mental illness that, in the opinion of the investigator/clinician, would affect the patient's compliance and successful completion of the study; 10. Known allergy to absorbable polymer tissue sealing membrane materials; 11. Pregnant or lactating women; 12. Participated in or is participating in other drug- or device-related research within one month; 13. The investigator thinks it is inappropriate. Control group exclusion criteria 1. Cerebrospinal fluid leakage and high flow after nasal endoscopic surgery Kelly >=3 grade; 2. History of recurrent sinusitis, otitis media, and migraine; 3.
