研究目的：

2016-2020年间纳入1000对符合要求的双生子家庭，并对孕妇孕前、孕期、分娩及双生子18岁以内的多时点进行问卷调查和生物标本采集，以探究儿童0-18岁内生长发育及心理行为相关疾病的遗传与环境病因学证据。

Objectives of Study：

During 2016 and 2020, recruiting 1000 twin families who meet the including criteria. Collecting informations from questionnaires and biosample at several time points, say maternal prepregnant, pregnant, delivery, child following up till they are 18 years old. The aims are to explore the genetic and environmental factors for child physical and mental health from birth to 18 years old.

① 非武汉市常住人口；② 单胎/多胎。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Not Wuhan resident or won't live in Wuhan for a relatively long time;
