研究目的：

本研究旨在探究胸部断层电阻抗扫描监测术后肺不张的可行性，胸部断层电阻抗扫描用于评估术后肺不张的准确性，以期为麻醉医生提供一种新的便捷诊断工具。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the feasibility of using Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) for monitoring postoperative atelectasis and the accuracy of EIT in evaluating postoperative atelectasis, with the expectation of providing anesthesiologists with a new and convenient diagnostic tool.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重影响胸廓或肺顺应性的疾病或肺部手术史，如鸡胸、漏斗胸、胸部外伤等,术前存在气胸； 2.有严重心、肺疾病及脑血管、肝、肾、血液系统疾病等； 3.发生严重血流动力学波动，补液和血管活性药物难以纠正； 4.术中无法维持氧和(SpO2<94%或PaO2<70mmHg),或者发生机械通气相关严重并发症（如气胸）； 5.术前存在肺不张、肺水肿、气胸的患者； 6.怀孕、植入心脏起搏器或心脏转复除颤器、胸部手术有较大的表面伤口。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having a history of diseases that severely affect thoracic or pulmonary compliance, or a history of lung surgery (such as pectus carinatum, pectus excavatum, chest trauma, etc.), or having pneumothorax before surgery; 2.Suffering from severe heart, lung, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, or hematological system diseases; 3.Experiencing severe hemodynamic fluctuations that are difficult to correct with fluid replacement and vasoactive drugs; 4.Being unable to maintain oxygenation during surgery (SpO₂ < 94% or PaO₂ < 70 mmHg), or developing severe mechanical ventilation-related complications (e.g., pneumothorax); 5.Having preoperative atelectasis, pulmonary edema, or pneumothorax; 6.Being pregnant, having an implanted cardiac pacemaker or implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD), or having large surface wounds from chest surgery.
