研究目的：

比较机器人肾盂成形术与传统腹腔镜肾盂成形术的疗效

Objectives of Study：

To compare outcomes between robotic pyeloplasty (RP) and standard laparoscopic pyeloplasty (LP) in children for the treatment of ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）患儿手术年龄＞14岁；
2）肾脏发育畸形的，如先天肾发育不良、异位融合肾、马蹄肾、重复肾等；
3）原发性膀胱输尿管反流、后尿道瓣膜、膀胱输尿管连接处梗阻、巨输尿管症和输尿管开口囊肿等疾病引起的小儿肾积水；
4）合并有其他严重畸形的，如严重的心脏畸形等；
5）患有严重肺部感染及败血症等；
6）有严重的传染病史，如HIV感染史等；
7）再次手术者；
8）术前有肾造瘘者；
9）有过腹部手术史，腹腔粘连严重者；
10）研究者认为其依从性差或者不愿参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Malformations renal, such as congenital renal dysplasia, ectopic fusion kidney, horseshoe kidney, duplication kidney;
2. Hydronephrosis with primary vesicoureteric reflux, posterior urethral valve, vesicoureteric junction obstruction, megaureter, ureteral cyst;
3. Combined with other serious deformities, such as severe cardiac malformations;
4. Severe pulmonary infection and septicemia;
5. Severe infectious diseases, such as HIV;
6. Re-operation;
7. Underwent preoperative nephrostomy;
8. Have history of abdominal surgery, severe abdominal adhesions;
9. Poor compliance or unwilling to participate in this research.
