评估低剂量平扫CT结合人工智能技术在常规体检环境下进行胰腺癌早期筛查的有效性和可行性  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of combining low-dose non-contrast CT with AI for early pancreatic cancer screening in routine physical exams.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往有胰腺癌病史； 2. 腹部炎症或者 6 月内被诊断为急性胰腺炎；3.腹水、胰腺外伤、胸/腹部手术、放化疗治疗等原因导致图像质量不佳； 4.研究对象因身体或其他原因无法完成后期随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Prior history of pancreatic cancer; 2.Abdominal inflammation or acute pancreatitis diagnosed within the past 6 months. 3.Imaging quality compromised by ascites, pancreatic trauma, thoracic/abdominal surgery, chemoradiotherapy, or other causes; 4.Inability to complete follow-up due to physical or other reasons;
