研究目的：

当前，牙线作为牙齿清洁的辅助工具，已广泛获得人们的接受和认同，但刷牙过程中牙线的最佳使用时机，尚未明确。本研究目的在于评估牙线不同使用时机对自我口腔菌斑控制效果的影响，为改善临床口腔卫生宣教提供理论依据和实践参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Manual toothbrushing with interdental flossing is the gold-standard for plaque removal in preventive dentistry. This trial examines how flossing sequence (pre-, mid-, or post-brushing) impacts plaque removal efficacy and periodontal health.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 过去半年内进行过洁牙 2. 佩戴正畸设备或全口保持器 3. 牙周炎患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Dental cleaning within six months. 2. Orthodontic appliances or full-mouth retainers. 3. Periodontitis.
