研究目的：

1、基于应急护理储备人才应急能力文献研究，确定初步条目池； 2、通过半结构式访谈，了解患者应急护理储备人才应急能力的真实体验，探讨影响其应急护理储备人才应急能力的促进因素和阻碍因素; 3、结合前期文献研究和半结构式访谈，进一步进行专家函询，修改指标，确定最终条目池; 4、调查应急护理储备人才应急能力的现状及影响因素.  

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on literature research on the emergency capabilities of emergency nursing reserve personnel, a preliminary item pool is established; 2. Through semi-structured interviews, understand the real experiences of patients regarding the emergency capabilities of emergency nursing reserve personnel, and explore the facilitating and hindering factors that influence these emergency capabilities; 3. Combining the previous literature research and semi-structured interviews, further conduct expert consultations, revise the indicators, and determine the final item pool; 4. Investigate the current situation and influencing factors of the emergency capabilities of emergency nursing reserve personnel.
